The Downtown Fond du Lac Fondue Fest’s Kids Zone serves up family fun. The Fondue Fest returns to downtown Fond du Lac on Saturday, September 11, 2010. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. kids and families can enjoy food, games, and more.
The Kids Zone, sponsored by The Garden, will be full of old favorites and great new activities. Located down Sheboygan Street in front of the Fond du Lac Public Library, the street will be packed with inflatable fun like the bounce house and giant slide. The Garden will host kids activities while mascots Winnie Fox from the Public Library, McGruff the Crime Dog, Telly from Charter Communication, Perseverance Pete the green dragon and Self-Control Sophie the orange dragon from Martial Arts America visit with fans.
The Main to Marian Agnesian HealthCare’s Family Fun Bicycle Ride, a non-competitive bike ride for the entire family, will begin behind the Public Library at 9 a.m. with check in at 8:30 a.m. Other activities include the radar speed pitch, games at the Public Library, plus face painted and Sunshine the Clown.
